What's covered
Complete unit — 2 years from the date of delivery: all functional parts, including the titanium heat exchanger, control board and fan motor, against defects in materials and workmanship.
Compressor — 5 years from the date of delivery, against defects in materials and workmanship.
What you need to do
Have the unit installed per the instructions by a qualified electrician or pool professional. Use it to heat a residential pool or spa, with balanced water chemistry. Keep your proof of purchase (your order confirmation is enough).
What's not covered
Damage from improper installation, misuse, freezing, poor water chemistry, power surges, unauthorized repairs or modifications, and normal cosmetic wear.
How to make a claim
Contact us with your order number and a short description (photos or a short video help). We'll diagnose the issue and arrange repair or replacement parts within the covered period.
