Questions

Everything you
want to know.

How much does it cost to run?

An inverter heat pump is up to 5× more efficient than gas, so most owners spend a fraction of what propane or natural gas costs to heat the same pool. Your exact running cost depends on climate, local electricity rates, pool size and target temperature.

Which size do I need for my pool?

A rule of thumb: up to ~8,000 gallons → 25K BTU, up to ~13,000 → 37K BTU, up to ~20,000 → 58K BTU, up to ~24,000 → 68K BTU. Colder climates and higher target temperatures call for sizing up. Not sure? Talk to a specialist and we'll recommend the right model.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes — we ship free and fully insured across the US, Canada and the UK, with the correct voltage and refrigerant for your region.

How is it delivered and installed?

Units ship via insured freight to your door. Installation is straightforward for a qualified electrician or pool professional — the unit connects into your existing pump and filter circuit and power supply.

What does the warranty cover?

Every unit includes a 2-year whole-unit warranty, plus 5 years on the compressor. Keep your proof of purchase and register your unit after delivery to activate coverage.

Does it work in cooler weather?

Yes. DC-inverter heat pumps pull heat from the air efficiently across a wide temperature range and hold your set temperature well into the shoulder seasons. Performance naturally tapers in very cold conditions.
