About returns
Because our heat pumps are large freight items built to your region's voltage and refrigerant, we're not able to accept change-of-mind returns. Instead we focus on getting you the right unit the first time and standing behind it with a 2-year unit and 5-year compressor warranty. If a unit arrives damaged or faulty, you're fully covered as above.
