1. Products & pricing
We describe our products as accurately as possible, but specifications, images and prices may change without notice and may contain occasional errors. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel any order affected by one.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may cancel and refund an order at any time before dispatch.
3. Shipping & delivery
Delivery times are estimates and risk passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery page, including your obligation to inspect the unit on arrival.
4. Warranty, returns & refunds
Products are covered by the warranty (2-year unit, 5-year compressor) described on our site; returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
5. Installation
Units must be installed by a qualified electrician or pool professional per the supplied instructions and local codes. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper installation or use.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
